Spyware/Virus Removal:
Is your computer running slow or pop-ups driving you crazy? Are you unable to connect to the Internet? Our True Blue Computers technicians can clean your system of destructive Spyware and Trojan viruses that can steel your data, cause it to run slow, even prevent you from connecting to the Internet. We can also recommend the best products to help secure your system and help prevent future infestations.
Networking – Wired and Wireless:
Have you lost your Internet connection, or maybe your wireless network isn’t working? True Blue Computers can help. Our certified technicians will troubleshoot and resolve Internet connection issues, along with wired and wireless router problems to get you back online. We can also setup shared or network printers, and configure file sharing between computers. Don't have wireless yet, and would like it installed? We can add wireless capability to your current network at minimal cost (including securing your wireless network). Can’t install your new DSL connection yourself? We’ll take care of it for you, just call us.
New system or peripheral setup:
Did you buy a new computer system somewhere us, and just want us to set it up for you? Just ask. True Blue Computers will be happy to setup your new system; along with printers, scanners, webcams, Ipods, and anything else you can think of. We’ll even transfer you’re your old data onto your system while we’re there.
Data Services:
Did you accidentally delete a file or folder? Did your hard drive crash? True Blue Computers can recover deleted and lost data, as well as data from crashed hard drives. Our technicians can also implement a backup program to make sure all pictures, documents, and email are backed up automatically (We recommend backing up to an external storage device). Upgrading or bought a new system, and want your data transferred? We can painlessly transfer the data from your old system to the new system for you.
